The Rose of Tralee is a competition, which takes
place
annually in the town of Tralee in the west of Ireland
near the Dingle Peninsular. It is an international
competition for which girls only need to have come
from Irish descent. The competition takes place over
several days and the girls are looked after by escorts
chosen by the board, and are judged on the way they
behave in that time, personality and a party piece.
Unlike most "girl" competitions looks are not as
important! Girls come from all over the world to take part. |
